Stock#: JH41388

DESCRIPTION: Rolex dealer's display "hoof" desk clock, electromechanical, circa 1960, 131mm x 151mm at the base x 110mm tall, gilt brass case with a green painted finish and hinged door on bottom to replace batteries, applied gold letters read "Rolex, Time to the Second," silvered dial with applied gold baton indices, 15J, cal 5000, hack mechanism at 6 to set the time accurately, s#1402. An incredibly rare piece of Rolex history, these were a common sight at a Rolex dealer during the 1960s and a true oddity for the brand. Can one really call themselves a true Rolex collector without such an exquisite piece?
