Running upon winding but in need of OH, the cannon post needs to be opened a touch so it will fit flush to the plate with the remaining motion wheels in place and engaged; original dial with severe fracture line across, edge chip to copper at 12, only one foot pinned as the cadrature (motion work) needs to come down as noted; hands in poor condition; case with black tarnish, minor repairs, mostly complete, the putti at top appearing to have small losses.
