Mvt: Ticks rapidly face-down, face up the balance comes into contact with the cock and stops, plates excellent gilding, a scratch through the signature, little oxide on steel components, the cock foot screw now without blue; dial has several faint hls, and has been clear-coated to conceal surface scratches; hour hand fine; original case shows light wear, most of the gilding worn away, few MFS to enamel surface, the glaze crazed and with very small losses, the inside showing hls not visible on back, no dents or dings; button latch good, button top crushed slightly; bow & pendant original, brassy and loose, pendant height suggesting that there was another protective outer at some time; good domed glass crystal. Cases of this type are quite rare.
